Who we are
We are a spin-off from Fraunhofer IAPT with the vision of developing the best software for data management and quality assurance in the industrial 3D Printing sector (B2B). We believe that Additive Manufacturing is the most resource-efficient way to produce products and want to support the growth of the industry with our company. We are a young and enthusiastic team that emphasizes a good working culture.
What you will do
As part of your Master Thesis, you will develop a strategy for our business model. The focus will be on:
- Evaluation of market positioning in the B2B sector for industrial 3D printing.
- Identification of growth opportunities and potential new business areas.
- Analysis of the existing sales strategy and development of suggestions for improvement.
- Examination of the current pricing model and development of recommendations for optimization.
