What you will do
- Drive product strategy and roadmap development
- Prioritize product backlog in close alignment with key customers
- Lead development team in agile processes
- Market and competitor analysis
- Plan and manage R&D activities

What we are looking for
- at least 3 years experience in industrial Additive Manufacturing
- strong analytical and communication skills
- experience in project management
- Fluent in German and English (C1)
